Token conversion?
Among our different account options there is the 'Bulk purchase' one that operates in token mode. You buy tokens which are credited on your account. They are then debited for each certificate technical request.
But some token bought several months or even years before may not have any use fr you anymore.
What to do with those tokens?
It is possible, at certain conditions, to request tokens conversion to get other ones.
What is the procedure?
Just sent an e-mail to marianne.bonjour@tbs-internet.co.uk indicating the kind and the quantity of tokens you'd like to get and the tokens you'd like to convert.
Your account manager will then sent you a proposition regarding the tokens conversion.
Once it is accepted, the tokens are converted.
